Privacy Policy

To reconcile billing, RadBill processes radiology study data from your environment, including imaging metadata, report text, referral details, and the item numbers claimed against each study. Where this data identifies an individual, we treat it as personal and sensitive health information under the Privacy Act.

We also collect ordinary business contact details (name, email, practice) from people who request a demo or correspond with us.

Practice and clinical data is used solely to identify discrepancies between what a study documents and what was billed, and to report those findings back to your practice. We do not sell data, and we do not use practice data to train models for other customers.

RadBill is designed to run inside your environment. Clinical data is encrypted and is not transferred out of your infrastructure as part of normal processing. Any sample shared with us for evaluation is handled only under a written agreement, de-identified, and with the data custodian's authorisation.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and practices aligned to ISO 27001. Handling of My Health Record data, where applicable, follows the My Health Records Act 2012 and its associated rules.

Under the APPs you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may raise a privacy concern with us at any time. We will respond within a reasonable period.
